We are strong believers in business ethics. The resources we use have
been chosen independant of financial or promotional considerations
(Request our criteria). Our vendors and partners are selected because
their product or service met a specific need. That doesn't mean they'd
be perfect for you, or will remain a vendor of choice in the future, as we
are constantly looking to enhance the products and services we offer our
clients.
To help us maintain the highest level of service for ourselves and our
clients, we ask our clients to let us know if they have experienced
anything less than satisfactory results from any of our vendors or
partners. While we can't always fix the problem, we will always work
as your advocate and, at the very least, use your feedback to evaluate
and continually improve the resources we use.
The same, is even more important for quality vendors worthy of sharing.
